Dear Patients, Friends, and Colleagues,

I am personally requesting you to please support us by going to Yelp.com,
Google.com and Yahoo.com and offer some positive reviews about our
practice.  I have been looking at these websites and noticed that we are
not as present as I would like us to be.  We only have six reviews on Yelp. 
My goal is to keep us at a five star rating, which I believe represents the
level of service that we provide. I humbly thank each and every one of
you for your time and support.
